The following post was created with the intent to educate future applicants on the procedure of Staff Applications. Important: This thread is regarding the procedure of Applications for our Staff team, and will hopefully answer any questions you may have about them. This is merely an information thread and will be edited with useful information regarding applications consistently. Application Procedure: Upon posting your application, you may update the thread at any given point in time. Whether it be for adding more detail, changing wrong information, etc. After being posted, your application will be processed by a Head Administrator when deemed fit. They will either be put in one of two things; Pending or Denied. Please do not contact a Head Administrator telling them that you've posted an Application, or ask them to look at it etc. Doing so will lead to an immediate denial of the Application and leading to you not being accepted into the Staff team at that time. For every Application, we do a full checkup on the applicant to make sure they're fit for our Staff team. If you've been Denied, you will have to follow the time period given by a Head Administrator in your denial message. If you feel your Application was Denied unfairly, please contact a Head Admin with a calm and civilized approach, otherwise, it'll lead to consequences. The following things will get you Denied instantly: - Contacting a Head Admin to look at your Application. We will do it when we're ready, please stay patient. - Asking other Staff for help on your application, it is YOUR application, not theirs. - Getting impatient, and asking for the process to speed up. We do not operate on your time schedule, we will do it when we have time; as we are very busy. If you've been placed in Pending, your application is what we would deem an application which we deem sufficient to consider for Staff.  We will do our final checks on the Applicant, and then approach you on Discord. (Please do not approach us, we will contact you.) We will send you an invite link to our Staff Discord, which you're then required in the SMT Waiting Room and calmly wait for your interview. From there, we will interview you and then give you our final verdict on whether or not you're going to be joining the Staff team. If Accepted into the Staff team, we will ask another experienced Staff member to give you a full rundown of what you will need as Staff. Please note, that once you're in pending, this does not guarantee an interview. We hope that you are now fully educated on the process of Applications and how we operate during the procedure.
